Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Slum Village lyricist's highly anticipated solo debut is heavily anchored by the soulful, sample-driven production of Black Milk. Praised by purists for its staggering technical proficiency and complex multisylabbic rhyme schemes, the record is a testament to the enduring strength of Detroit underground hip-hop.
