Album Notes & Community Reviews

This ambitious double album functions largely as a showcase for the individual members, dedicating one full side to the solo compositional pursuits of each musician before concluding with a collaborative side. It famously features extensive contributions from a full symphony orchestra, pushing the boundaries of classical-rock fusion to their absolute, opulent limits. The massive undertaking and its subsequent financially ruinous orchestral tour marked the peak of the progressive rock era's grandiosity.
