Album Notes & Community Reviews

The ninth studio album from the Detroit rap icon is heavily defined by its overt political frustration regarding the Trump administration and racial injustice in America. The record relies on massive, radio-friendly pop features (including Beyonc茅, Ed Sheeran, and Pink) and classic rock samples. However, it was met with overwhelming critical backlash for its disjointed production, clunky lyricism, and jarring tonal shifts.
