The fifth studio album by San Francisco neo-progressive band Enchant, 'Juggling 9 or Dropping 10' was produced by guitarist Douglas A. Ott, a work of progressive rock defined by technical structures, melodic guitar lines and atmospheric complexity. Recorded between 1 March and 18 May, its twelve tracks extend the band's technically demanding design.
