Album Notes & Community Reviews

Injecting the emerging post-punk revival with jagged, atonal noise rock, the San Francisco quartet crafted a frantic and abrasive debut. 'Other Animals' heavily relies on highly syncopated, stuttering dance-punk rhythms and Jenny Hoyston's erratic, yelping vocal delivery, capturing a wildly chaotic and improvisational live energy.
