Released posthumously following the tragic scuba diving death of pianist Esbj枚rn Svensson, this record documents entirely spontaneous improvisations captured over two days in Sydney. The music is incredibly experimental, utilizing heavy electronic distortion, post-rock momentum, and abstract dissonance to push the traditional piano trio format to its absolute breaking point. It serves as a daring, emotionally devastating final statement from one of Europe's premier modern jazz ensembles.
