Album Notes & Community Reviews

Working closely with the progressive musicians of Area, Italian singer-songwriter Eugenio Finardi crafts a highly political, rhythmically urgent statement with 'Diesel'. The record abandons traditional acoustic troubadour styles in favor of tight, jazz-inflected pop-rock and searing electric guitars. It perfectly captures the tense, revolutionary spirit of Italy's late-70s youth movements.
