The Evan Parker Electro-Acoustic Ensemble's fifth and final ECM album was recorded in November 2007 at the Lawrence Batley Theatre in Huddersfield, a seven-part suite in which largely unedited performances were shaped in post-production by Parker with Steve Lowe and Steve Lake. The project, which treats improvisers and live electronic processing as a single instrument, won Parker a Hamlyn Foundation Award the following year.
