Album Notes & Community Reviews

Marking the solo debut of the Dilated Peoples MC and producer, 'The Weatherman LP' is a masterclass in atmospheric, underground hip hop. The production relies heavily on cinematic boom-bap beats and precise turntablism, perfectly complementing his slow, deliberate, and boastful delivery. The record cultivates a distinctly mellow, rainy urban atmosphere that became his signature solo aesthetic[cite: 4].
