Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Roman Empire-themed death metal side project of Kataklysm's Maurizio Iacono returns from hiatus with a bombastic, martial concept album detailing the Punic Wars. The heavy, aggressive riffing is heavily augmented by epic symphonic orchestration, creating a sprawling, cinematic atmosphere of ancient warfare. The historically focused release serves as a dramatic, highly melodic expansion of the band's signature sound.
