Widely acknowledged as one of the first true speed metal albums, the Canadian trio's debut predated the landmark releases of the Bay Area thrash movement. Dan Beehler's shrieking vocals and frantic drumming drive the raw, fiercely aggressive production. The record was highly influential in pushing traditional heavy metal toward faster, more extreme tempos.
