Album Notes & Community Reviews

Conceived and directed by Chicago cornetist Rob Mazurek, this massive avant-garde ensemble features luminaries from the city's rich free-jazz and post-rock communities. The sprawling, multi-part suites bridge blistering, chaotic horn improvisations with tight, rhythmic funk grooves and subtle electronic textures.
