Album Notes & Community Reviews
Moving to the Kama Sutra label, the enigmatic Bahamian Obeah-man continued his wildly eccentric exploration of Caribbean psychedelia. The acoustic-driven music remains heavily steeped in primal, Junkanoo-style percussion and guttural, frog-like vocalizations, evoking deep, ritualistic mysticism. While slightly more accessible than his terrifying debut, it is a profoundly weird, highly rhythmic treasure of outsider folk art.
