Heavily influenced by the burgeoning Bay Area scene, the German thrashers' debut provides an incredibly sharp, aggressive counterpart to the rawer teutonic metal of their peers. The album is characterized by highly technical riffing, frequent tempo changes, and Paul Arakaki's abrasive, Paul Baloff-inspired vocal delivery.
