Album Notes & Community Reviews

The avant-garde composer and violist directs a sprawling ensemble, including Mike Patton and members of Sun City Girls, through a dense, mystical performance recorded in Italy. The piece is an astonishing fusion of modern classical minimalism, Middle Eastern drone, and haunting, ethereal chamber music.
