Album Notes & Community Reviews

Comprised entirely of a single, 74-minute track, Mike Patton's avant-garde supergroup abandons their usual frenetic, cartoonish grindcore for a terrifying exercise in suspense. The album serves as a conceptual soundtrack to surgery without anesthesia, utilizing chilling ambient drones, unsettling medical sound effects, and sparse, tribal percussion.
