Album Notes & Community Reviews

Integrating heavy, repetitive grooves and chilling electronic sound design, the progressive metal veterans adopted a noticeably colder and more modern aesthetic. 'Disconnected' is a conceptually dense, highly atmospheric record that perfectly balances Jim Matheos' complex guitar work with Ray Alder's introspective, melancholic vocals.
