Album Notes & Community Reviews

The debut release from the Connecticut outfit reveals a band heavily indebted to the galloping rhythms and soaring vocals of early Iron Maiden. Featuring original vocalist John Arch, the record leans into traditional heavy metal tropes and mythical imagery, preceding their eventual shift into complex progressive metal. It serves as a raw, formative glimpse of a group that would soon help define the American progressive metal movement.
