Album Notes & Community Reviews

Structured as a high-concept sci-fi narrative detailing humanity's struggle against dominant machines, 'Obsolete' broadened the band's ferocious cyber-metal sound. The incorporation of sweeping symphonic elements and a stronger emphasis on Burton C. Bell's clean vocal hooks propelled the Los Angeles group to peak commercial and creative visibility.
