Album Notes & Community Reviews

Operating as a conceptual narrative centered around an artificial intelligence confronting its creators, 'The Industrialist' sees the veteran group returning to a core duo format of Burton C. Bell and Dino Cazares. Notably, the album eschews a live drummer entirely, utilizing a fiercely programmed drum machine to enhance the cold, mechanistic aggression. It delivers the band's trademark synchronization of rapid-fire guitar staccatos and soaring, melodic choruses within a bleak cyberpunk framework.
