Album Notes & Community Reviews

Before reverting to his given name, Canadian violinist Owen Pallett debuted his Final Fantasy moniker with this striking collection of looped, orchestral chamber pop. Recorded heavily on the fly, the tracks utilize live pedal-looping techniques to transform solo violin lines into lush, complex symphonies that support his theatrical and intensely passionate songwriting.
