Album Notes & Community Reviews

Translating to 'Nightborn', the Finnish folk metal pioneers seamlessly fuse the extreme elements of black metal with bouncy, traditional humppa rhythms. The album's energetic, troll-themed mythology and heavily synthesized accordion melodies solidified the band's status as leading figures in the European folk metal movement.
