Even the Files Won't Touch You

Album Notes & Community Reviews

The debut full-length project from multi-instrumentalist Angel Marcloid establishes the foundation for her high-contrast, maximalist sound design. The recording blends the aggressive rhythmic structures of digital hardcore with the ironic, consumerist textures of early vaporwave. It functions as a sonic bridge between Marcloid's roots in the underground noise scene and her emerging interest in hyper-mediated electronic composition.
