Album Notes & Community Reviews
Written in the agonizing aftermath of the brutal murder of his grandmother and great-aunt in Rosario, the Argentine songwriter delivered his darkest, most visceral work. 'Ciudad de pobres corazones' aggressively pivots away from his earlier optimism, driven by heavy, distorted guitar riffs and fiercely pessimistic lyricism. The record stands as a harrowing, emotionally raw cornerstone of Latin American rock.
