Album Notes & Community Reviews
Produced by Phil Ramone, who recorded its thirteen songs with Fito Paez in Miami, 'Rey sol' pairs the Argentine singer-songwriter's piano-led pop rock with a polished, radio-scale production. The arrangements open his intimate, playful songwriting toward eclectic brass, string and band textures without diluting its confessional core.
