Album Notes & Community Reviews

Translating to 'The Pork is Burning', this Swedish collective's second album is a dynamic showcase of largely instrumental, jazz-inflected progressive jams. The loose, energetic interplay between the musicians navigates complex time signatures and frenetic tempo changes, capturing the freewheeling, communal spirit of the Scandinavian 1970s counterculture. The double-LP provides a comprehensive document of their wildly improvisational live aesthetic.
