Album Notes & Community Reviews

Showcasing the expansive, highly atmospheric fringes of the New Zealand underground, Flies Inside the Sun delivers a profoundly hypnotic instrumental journey. 'An Audience of Others' entirely discards traditional rock structures, utilizing incredibly slow, sprawling free improvisations heavily steeped in dark psychedelic drone and quiet tension. Released via Kranky, it stands as a brilliant, deeply mysterious cornerstone of international post-rock.
