Album Notes & Community Reviews

Emerging from the Seattle underground completely oblivious to the sludgy grunge dominating their city, this quartet delivered a fiercely energetic and infectious debut. 'Flop & the Fall of the Mopsqueezer!' is packed with hyper-speed, Buzzcocks-inspired power pop hooks and brilliant, sarcastic lyricism courtesy of Rusty Willoughby. Despite heavy critical praise and later major-label backing, the band remained beloved, underground cult favorites.
