Album Notes & Community Reviews
The improvisational duo of drummer Chris Corsano and multi-instrumentalist Mick Flower delivered a sprawling, deeply hypnotic experience on 'The Radiant Mirror'. The album is dominated by Flower's utilization of the Japanese shahi baaja, an electrified string instrument, creating massive, cyclical raga-rock drones over Corsano's frantic, free-jazz percussion.
