Album Notes & Community Reviews

By their third album, Fly Pan Am had largely abandoned the long-form drone of their debut in favor of jagged, unpredictable art-punk structures. 'N'Écoutez Pas' is characterized by its use of diverse vocal styles, from choral harmonies to shouting, and a collage-like approach to songwriting. The record represents the peak of the band's initial era, showcasing a high degree of technical skill and a refusal to settle into any single genre category.
