Album Notes & Community Reviews

Styling the release as a conceptual farewell, the Californian duo crafts a flamboyant, synthesizer-heavy homage to 1980s pop excess and classic rock ego. The narrative ostensibly addresses the dissolution of a romantic relationship, though the lyrics frequently serve as a thinly veiled commentary on the friction within the band itself.
