Album Notes & Community Reviews

The debut solo effort from the esteemed keyboardist of Ange, 'Histoire de fou' plunges the listener into a dense, surreal world of French symphonic rock. Francis D茅camps utilizes sweeping, dramatic mellotrons and highly theatrical vocal performances to craft a heavily conceptual, eerie atmosphere. It serves as a brilliant, slightly darker companion piece to the legendary output of his primary band.
