Genesi

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Distancing himself entirely from the highly successful synthpop era that defined his early eighties output, the Italian maestro composed his first full-scale classical opera. 'Genesi' relies on complex, contemporary classical structures, soaring vocal performances, and deeply philosophical librettos. The ambitious work highlights his profound versatility and enduring commitment to the avant-garde.
