Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded rapidly in Nashville alongside a backing band of veteran session musicians including Steve Cropper, the former Pixies frontman ventures fully into roots rock Americana. The largely acoustic, deeply southern-fried album serves as a remarkably mellow and reflective departure from the aggressive alternative rock that defined his earlier career.
