Album Notes & Community Reviews

For his first full-length holiday album, the famous crooner employs the lush, highly dramatic vocal arrangements of Gordon Jenkins rather than his usual swinging big band approach. The collection elegantly balances secular winter standards with deeply reverent, choir-backed religious hymns. The incredibly warm, intimate vocal performances cemented the record as a deeply nostalgic, enduring classic of the seasonal repertoire.
