Album Notes & Community Reviews

Teaming with arranger Billy May for the first time, this concept LP takes the listener on an upbeat, brassy musical tour of the globe. The breezy, cosmopolitan energy and swinging tempos perfectly aligned with the burgeoning jet-age optimism of the late 1950s.
