Album Notes & Community Reviews
Arranged by Gordon Jenkins to commemorate Sinatra's upcoming fiftieth birthday, this conceptual album focuses exclusively on aging, reflection, and mortality. The lush, sweeping string orchestrations provide a somber, melancholic backdrop for his restrained, deeply emotive vocal phrasing.
