Album Notes & Community Reviews

Functioning primarily as a deliberate re-recording of the vocalist's most beloved Capitol-era hits for his own newly established label. The Nelson Riddle orchestrations remain faithful to the original masterpieces, though delivered with the slightly deeper, weathered timbre of an older artist. The project was a strategic commercial move that allowed the singer to retain creative and financial control over his definitive repertoire.
