Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Brighton-based pop group continued to stand out from the contemporary baggy scene by utilizing delicate woodwinds and lush synthesizer arrangements instead of traditional guitars. 'Ray' juxtaposes Tim Freeman's soft, breathy vocal delivery with highly sarcastic, sharply observational lyricism.
