Album Notes & Community Reviews
Backed by a stellar quintet, the legendary trumpeter fully reaffirms his commitment to acoustic post-bop following years of commercial funk-jazz excursions. The highly energetic sessions showcase Hubbard's fiery, impeccably articulate brass technique within a purely traditional jazz framework.
