Album Notes & Community Reviews

Arriving near the end of the band's short lifespan, 'Trapped and Unwrapped' is a sparkling collection of Scottish jangle pop and neo-acoustic melodies. The album marries warm, blue-eyed soul influences with crisp, new wave guitar textures, driven by Chris Thomson's earnest vocals. Despite a lack of widespread commercial success, it remains a beloved cult classic that prefigured the influential C86 movement.
