Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Canadian indie-rock eccentric Carey Mercer pushed his highly theatrical, deeply anxious songwriting to its absolute limits. The recording is characterized by his desperate, yelping vocal delivery and overwhelmingly chaotic, orchestral rock instrumentation that borders on frantic avant-garde dissonance.
