Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following his departure from Skinny Puppy, Bill Leeb launched his own influential industrial project with this bleak, synthesizer-driven debut. 'The Initial Command' relies heavily on ominous vocal samples, relentless drum machines, and chilling dark ambient atmospheres. The record served as a foundational blueprint for the highly technical, cinematic electro-industrial sound that the band would later perfect.
