Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Details' is the sole studio album from the British electronic duo Frou Frou, a collaboration between vocalist Imogen Heap and producer Guy Sigsworth. The album is a sophisticated blend of art pop and indietronica, characterized by Heap's ethereal and distinct vocals layered over Sigsworth's intricate and lush electronic production. Combining elements of downtempo and trip-hop, the songs create an atmospheric and often bittersweet mood, exploring themes of love, loss, and introspection with poetic lyrics. Though not a major commercial success upon release, 'Details' garnered critical acclaim and has since cultivated a significant cult following, particularly after the song 'Let Go' was featured in the film 'Garden State'.
