Album Notes & Community Reviews

Defined by the remarkably powerful, bluesy vocals of Inga Rumpf and Jean-Jacques Kravetz's pervasive Hammond organ, the German quintet's debut is a heavy, emotionally intense rock classic. Eschewing the synthesizer experiments of their Krautrock contemporaries, the group focused instead on complex, extended jams heavily indebted to early British progressive and blues rock.
