The ferocious sophomore outing from Ty Segall's heavy psych power trio leans deep into punishing, Black Sabbath-inspired doom riffage. Serving primarily as the drummer and lead vocalist for this project, Segall anchors the sprawling, fuzz-drenched guitar jams with unhinged energy and relentless percussive drive. The loose, blown-out production perfectly captures the intense, sweaty atmosphere of a live performance.
