Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Coup d'etat' showcases the BIGBANG leader branching out extensively as a soloist, blending glossy K-Pop production with Western hip-hop aesthetics. The project boasts an eclectic array of high-profile international collaborators, including Missy Elliott, Diplo, and Baauer, further bridging the gap between Korean pop and global urban music. Its confident, boundary-pushing sound cemented the artist's status as a pioneering force in the globalization of the Korean music industry.
