Album Notes & Community Reviews
Embracing an incredibly lush, upbeat, and commercially accessible sound, Gal Costa celebrates traditional Brazilian rhythms through a modern, pop-oriented lens. 'Fantasia' features the massive hit 'Festa do Interior', perfectly capturing a sense of euphoric, sun-drenched optimism that dominated MPB during the early 1980s[cite: 1].
