Album Notes & Community Reviews

An incredibly ambitious, sprawling double album, 'Lolita Nation' stretches the boundaries of jangle pop and the Paisley Underground through extensive avant-garde studio manipulation. Scott Miller pairs pristine, deeply sentimental power-pop melodies with chaotic, tape-spliced sound collages and abstract, literary lyricism. It is a quirky, highly experimental cult classic that deconstructs pop music into a surreal sonic mosaic.
