Album Notes & Community Reviews

Released nearly a decade after Guru's tragic passing, DJ Premier painstakingly constructed this final album around unreleased vocal recordings from the legendary emcee. The project utilizes Premier's quintessential scratched hooks and classic New York boom-bap production, serving as a deeply emotional, remarkably cohesive tribute that honors and officially concludes the duo's foundational hip-hop legacy.
